Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to every purchase from discountmattressesonline.com (the "Site"), operated by Discount Mattresses Online, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Discount Mattresses Online," "we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
Discount Mattresses Online is an independent retailer of factory second, closeout, overstock and discontinued mattresses. Mattresses may be open-bag and may include freight blemishes, cosmetic blemishes, comfort-trial returns, floor models or discontinued models, and may arrive with a "second hand" sticker. They are structurally sound but are not first-quality retail goods.
Our mattresses do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. In its place we offer our own 30-day refund and exchange policy, described in our Refund Policy.
Product photos may be representative manufacturer images and may not show the exact unit you receive, including any cosmetic blemish.
2. Brands and trademarks
Beautyrest®, Beautyrest Black® and Simmons® are trademarks of Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC. Stearns & Foster®, Tempur-Pedic® and TEMPUR® are trademarks of Tempur Sealy International, Inc. or its affiliates. Purple® is a trademark of Purple Innovation, LLC. These names are used only to identify the products we resell. Discount Mattresses Online, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer for any of these manufacturers.
3. Pricing and "compare at" prices
"Compare at" or MSRP prices shown on the Site are the manufacturer's suggested retail price for the same model and size and are shown for reference. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order is placed; if an error affects your order we will contact you before charging.
4. Orders and payment
Your payment is authorized when you place an order, but we do not charge your card until we confirm the mattress is available. If the exact mattress is not available, we will contact you with alternatives. If you decline, we will cancel the order and release the authorization. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Complimentary box spring
Every mattress purchase includes a complimentary box spring. We try to match the box spring to your mattress, but it may not always be a matching set.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the United States only. Free curbside delivery is available in the continental U.S.; White Glove Delivery (in-home setup and removal of your old mattress) is $250. Alaska and Hawaii are quoted by phone. A responsible adult must be present at delivery, and a missed delivery may incur a re-delivery fee. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Inspection at delivery: you must inspect the mattress before the driver leaves. Freight damage must be noted with the driver and reported to us at the time of delivery; damage claims cannot be accepted after the driver has left. This does not limit your 30-day refund or exchange rights.
7. Cancellations, refunds and exchanges
- Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund (the 24 hours start when the order is placed, not at delivery). Cancellations after 24 hours carry a 25% restocking fee.
- Refund within 30 days of delivery: 25% restocking fee; customer pays return shipping. The mattress must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in, unless there was damage verified during delivery.
- Comfort exchange within 30 days of delivery: 10% restocking fee; customer pays the shipping costs of the exchange.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discount Mattresses Online's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
