Shipping Information

Delivery Policies and Conditions

All deliveries are within the United States. Delivery is free within the Continental U.S. Call for fees for Alaska and Hawaii deliveries. International orders can be delivered to U.S. based freight forwarders. We are not responsible for product once it reaches the international forwarding location. Call or email for details. Please call for special delivery requests. Standard delivery is curb-side. White glove delivery can be selected at check-out, with additional fees applied.

Mattress Delivery Options

Standard Curb-Side Delivery:

  • Free within Continental U.S.
  • Your mattress or mattresses will be delivered and unloaded at the front door of your home or building entrance.
  • Mattress set(s) ship out within 48 hours of order payment if in stock. If the product is not in stock, we must order your mattress and can take anywhere from 2–5 weeks to receive your mattress. Mattresses over 3 weeks will be notified of expected time of delivery. We try and get the mattresses sooner, but because we can get lower prices it sometimes can take that extra 2 weeks to get your purchases shipped. You will receive a call from the shipping company to schedule a time that works best for you once the mattress has been shipped.

White Glove Delivery:

  • Your mattress will be brought into your home by the delivery driver. The delivery driver will unpack and set up in the desired room. Deliveries can be made up to 2 flights of stairs. Minor assembly may take a half to full hour. The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf.
  • Approximate shipping times are the same as standard curb-side delivery.
  • Call 407-749-8449 to check delivery time for your area.
  • As part of your White Glove Delivery service, your old mattress will be removed and discarded free of charge.

The delivery driver(s) will specify a delivery date and an estimated time period in which the mattress will arrive. Delivery is subject to a rescheduling fee if the purchaser is not available on the agreed upon delivery date. Specific delivery dates and times may be requested but not guaranteed. It is the purchaser's responsibility to make arrangements with a responsible party to accept the delivery if he or she cannot accept during the scheduled time period.

Failure to be home on the delivery day scheduled will result in a re-delivery charge. All mattresses must be inspected before the delivery driver leaves the premises. Any problems with the mattress must be communicated immediately with Discount Mattresses Online. If for whatever reason the delivery driver has left the premise, all sales are Final.

Cancellations

Once the merchandise has been purchased the customer has 24 hours to cancel for any reason. After 24 hours the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 25% for any canceled orders. Once the merchandise has shipped (left our warehouse/terminal), no cancellations or refunds will be granted, excluding merchandise damaged on delivery.
