Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver within the United States only. Online checkout is available for the continental U.S. (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). For Alaska and Hawaii, delivery is quoted separately — call 407-749-8449 for a price before ordering. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery options
Free Curbside Delivery — $0
- Free within the continental U.S.
- Your mattress and box spring are delivered and unloaded at the front door of your home or building entrance.
White Glove Delivery — $250
- The driver brings your mattress into your home, unpacks it and sets it up in the room you choose (up to 2 flights of stairs).
- Packaging is removed and your old mattress is hauled away and disposed of.
- Select White Glove Delivery at checkout.
Timing
We confirm availability on every order before your card is charged. If we don't have the exact mattress you ordered, we'll call you with options before charging anything.
In-stock mattresses ship within 48 hours of payment. If your mattress needs to be ordered, it can take 2–5 weeks to arrive; we'll let you know the expected timing if it will be more than 3 weeks. Once your order ships, the delivery company will call to schedule a time that works for you. Specific dates and times can be requested but are not guaranteed.
On delivery day
A responsible adult must be present to accept the delivery. Missing a scheduled delivery may result in a re-delivery fee. Please inspect your mattress before the driver leaves and note any freight damage with the driver and with us right away — damage claims cannot be accepted after the driver has left.
