Refund policy

Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

Our mattresses are factory seconds, closeouts and overstock, so they do not carry a manufacturer's warranty. In its place, Discount Mattresses Online offers its own 30-day refund and exchange policy. These terms apply to every order.

24-hour free cancellation

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, for any reason, and you'll receive a full refund. The 24 hours start when you place your order, not when the mattress is delivered. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

30-day refund

If for any reason you want a refund within 30 days of receiving your mattress, we will refund your mattress purchase, less a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping the mattress back to Discount Mattresses Online.

30-day comfort exchange

If the mattress isn't the comfort you wanted, you can exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. Exchanges carry a 10% restocking fee, and you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Return conditions

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Call 407-749-8449 or email discountmattressesonline@gmail.com to start one.
  • The mattress must be returned in the same condition it was in when it was delivered, unless there was damage verified during delivery (noted with the driver at the time of delivery).
  • The complimentary box spring included with your order must be returned with the mattress.
  • White Glove Delivery fees cover a service already performed and are not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned mattress.

Damage at delivery

Please inspect your mattress before the delivery driver leaves. Any freight damage must be noted with the driver and reported to us at the time of delivery. Damage claims cannot be accepted once the driver has left. This does not affect your 30-day refund or exchange above.

Box springs

Every purchase includes a complimentary box spring. We do our best to match the box spring to your mattress, but it may not always be a matching set.
