Warranty Policy

Discount Mattresses Online offers some of the best deals on the internet for Mattress purchases. We have established great relationships with different suppliers in order to provide great prices. Because our mattresses are considered open bag items and are considered Factory Second Mattresses (see FAQ page for definition) the mattresses do not come with the Manufacturer Warranty. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We realize this is a big investment for most of our customers. We have found that our customers do not care if the manufacturer bag has been opened and this is why it is called Factory Second, they just want to know they are getting what they are paying for.

For this reason we have started to offer a 30 day refund policy. For whatever reason our customer wants a refund on a mattress within 30 days of receiving their mattress, Discount Mattresses Online will refund the mattress purchase. The customer will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and responsible for shipping the mattress back to Discount Mattresses Online. If for whatever reason the mattress is not the comfort the customer felt like they wanted and the customer would like to exchange the mattress, there will be a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange of the mattress.
