Discount Mattresses Online offers some of the best deals on the internet for mattress purchases. We have established great relationships with different suppliers in order to provide great prices. Because our mattresses are factory seconds, closeouts and overstock (see our FAQ for the definition), they do not come with the manufacturer's warranty. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, and we realize this is a big investment. Our customers don't mind that the manufacturer's bag has been opened — they just want to know they're getting what they pay for.

For this reason we offer our own 30-day refund policy in place of a manufacturer warranty:

24-hour free cancellation. Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. The 24 hours start when you order, not when the mattress is delivered. After that, cancellations carry a 25% restocking fee.
30-day refund. For whatever reason you want a refund within 30 days of receiving your mattress, we will refund the mattress purchase. You are responsible for a 25% restocking fee and for shipping the mattress back to Discount Mattresses Online.
30-day comfort exchange. If the mattress isn't the comfort you wanted and you'd like to exchange it, there is a 10% restocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Return condition. Mattresses must come back in the same condition they were delivered in, unless there was damage verified during delivery.
Inspect at delivery. Any freight damage must be noted with the driver before they leave.
